Comfortable and Cozy Room

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially for being affiliated with a well-known brand. The room was not up to par, with cleanliness issues and a broken TV. On the bright side, the staff responded quickly to my requests, showing that they're committed to guest satisfaction. Overall, I would suggest exploring other options before returning here.

I had a mixed experience at the Hilton Galveston Island Resort. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach, and I appreciated the staff’s attentiveness. However, the rooms left much to be desired, as they were not as clean as I had hoped, particularly the restroom. I also encountered some issues with noise from other guests which disrupted my sleep. Overall, it’s a decent option but could use improvements in cleanliness and soundproofing.
